But Toney was able to turn the tide in the fourth round and dominated until the end of the fight.

Toney’s hand speed and combination punching slowly really began to wear down and punish Holyfield over the last 5 rounds.

The highlight was when Toney landed a double left hook to the head and side of the body that dropped Holyfield midway through the ninth round with 1 minute 31 seconds remaining.

Holyfield was still standing at the count of eight, but with his corner already in the ring, they did not allow him to fight any longer.
