Very nice house and presentation. 1st time I considered a house with the bedrooms " downstairs ".. the only thing I'd do differently is make the master a little bigger, put a small kitchen on the third floor and with the open YARD space, turn to a basketball court, which had the ability to turn into a hidden pool 🤫🤫

15. If you buy a home like this i imagine you would want one of these projectors you just put on the floor and can use the entire wall as a cinema screen in the home cinema room. 😊 Instead of have to hang the projector on a wall.

    The bedrooms are tiny, and there’s such a bad use of space. $5-$6 million at most

17. Seems like the master bedroom was an afterthought. It’s extremely small, even compared to the master bath and closet.

18. Dang. You really need a large family to get the most out of this house. Imagine how sad this house would be without people to share it with. It's so perplexing, elegant and well done. I'm just flabbergasted by just how crazy this world is. Some people living so large and some living with so little. I am pretty sure that I could match this mansion's monthly money expense of only the air conditioning part of the electric bill I could pay my, my mother's and my pets monthly living expenses here in Colombia.

24. 21:33 A 4K HD projector is a better experience for watching movies than the best TV. Not only can it project onto a screen several times larger but reflective light is easier on the eyes. Plus it just feels special, like you’re actually in a theater. And if you’re dropping $10 million on a mansion, you might as well drop $100k on a real cinema 4K digital projector.

25. Not to be overlooked is the landscaping with all the tall greenery wrapping around the property. It feels like you’re in Brazil or Costa Rica or something. Escapism.

36. Just some constructive criticism: maybe don’t record your videos during the middle of the day. There is too much white light and your video seems a bit “bleached” out. Also, this house is so beautiful, you may want to record some video at night just to show a potential buyer what the house looks like at night.
