Did you have Covid? The heart issue sounds super typical for the virus and I imagine at this point you’ve caught especially not vaccinated.
I had heart issues and POTS like issues. I had to start avoid a lot of vegan foods and I am a lot better. Beans, grains rice I don't eat as much. Processed foods don't like me either. I avoid nuts and seeds
I love watching your healthy eating videos! I gave up coffee a year ago bc of health issues. I miss it. I drink chamomile tea with a little honey and oat milk.

You mentioned pineapple passion fruit was your favorite but which do you prefer of the collagen ones?
How much fiber is recommended? Everything I’ve seen says 25-30 grams for an adult. I always find this is fairly easy to do with whole foods, and I almost never eat salads. I do eat lots of oatmeal and beans, so maybe that’s why? I know a lot of American don’t eat a lot of beans or probably oats for that matter. Just something to think about for those who maybe can’t afford a supplement! I always love the grocery hauls on your channel! I wish we had a Trader Joe’s 😔
