The new percentage offsetting feature in Bet Angel is proving popular. As with many things in Bet Angel it can be automated.
In this video I constructed a very simple rule using the automation to dobb markets with nominated selections.
You can write much more complex rules that this to adjust behaviour according to the market type. But this is a good place to start and should be quite easy to understand.
Link do palpite
Do you need the professional subscription to use this automations or can you get them with the trader/basic? Thanks
Hi Peter, I tried this following all the steps, but the offset bet is not being kept in play. Any ideas?
i am trying to place a bet but when the race starts is canceled even though i have keep unmatched bets selected. please help
sorry for a naive question Peter but is there possibility that your lay will be matched first and that horse will win so that you will lose all your liability without original back bet being filled? Its not to bad at odds 2.4 but if you doing it on 20/1 etc could be a disaster 😀
How do you place the lay bet at a higher price. EG I want to Back @ £20 and Lay @ £40?
I just set this up exactly as you instructed and then I tried it on an American market as its 00:53 right now but it didn't place the bet? Does it get confused by American markets? I placed it to arm 5 seconds before the off and it just didn't enter the bet. Weird. I will try with British tomorrow.
Can you make a video on automated dobbin for bet daq as in automation you can not do a keep my bet rule
excellent video easy enough Pete i'm gonna do that
Any chance you could show the full list of automation rules file names? Just out of interest to see what you use. 😉
this work great
Hi Peter
Can you use the automation to place a lay bet at a % lower than highest price matched (with a certain amount of money already matched)?
lol … disparate knowledge is v.dangerous but understanding is always gold 🙂
