TRADER JOE’S CORNBREAD STUFFING MUFFINS RECIPE:
Serves: 12 | Time: 1 Hour | Pre-heat oven to 350°F

0:04 | In a large saucepan, add 4 cups of water and bring to a low boil for 3-5 minutes.
0:06 | Add contents of seasoning pouch (included with Mix) and 4 Tbsp unsalted butter to boiling water and mix.
0:13 | Remove mixture from heat and gently fold in croutons until thoroughly moistened.
0:19 | Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
0:21 | Remove lid from stuffing and gently stir in 1 cup of dried cranberries.
0:26 | Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with canola oil spray.
0:28 | Fill muffin cup about 1/3 full with stuffing.
0:30 | Add one half of a Turkey Meatball (flat side down) to cup.
0:32 | Fill remainder of cup with stuffing, so that stuffing sits slightly above the rim of the pan.
0:38 | Repeat in each muffin cup!!
0:43 | Bake at at 350°F on center rack for 40-45 minutes. Remove and let sit for 10 minutes; heat gravy per package instructions while muffins cool.
0:46 | Carefully remove muffins from pan with fork or butter knife.
0:51 | Serve with a side of gravy for dipping & enjoy!
