20. I have a problem, Idk how to do this, I muted my friend for idk how many and hes stuck being muted. I cant unmute him, it says that "check my roles and permissions"

22. can i ask why when i mute, it still get the command, also give the muted role, its just doesn't mute the user
    i tried to add it to every channel/category and set the "send messages" to cross. Or i also put it above the roles the member had. I also set the settings for "send messages" for the role into cross. I did everything but it just didn't work.
