This video aims to encourage key game play skills.
Drill instructions:
1. Teams assemble behind cones on on opposite transverse line corners.
2. Coach calls a number e.g. 2
3. Players from each team run down the outside of their cones and enter the play zone.
4. Coach puts a loose ball into the square area. The 4 players race for the ball.
5. The team who collects attacks and the other defends.
6. The attackers are to make the same number of passes as the number called by the coach.
7. If defenders get a tip/intercept they receive the point.
8. Game resets.

Encourage key netball skills such as good passing, attacking skills, defensive strategy and team play.
