  1. If they are taking Caleb then they should've reset with the HC as well. If not you're running the risk of doing the same thing with Caleb as you did with your other high QB draft picks in Fields and Trubisky and that's having them play for coaches that didn't draft them, possibly playing for a lame duck coach while still young and having to switch systems early on in their development, which is never good and if you go the Caleb route and he flames out in two or three years, that'll be 3 top 10 QB picks that were busts in a decade, cementing the Bears as the worst decision making franchise at the QB position, if they already haven't yet.

  2. PROS know PROS … "He's a WINNER". Hard for some to completely understand the mind of a WINNER especially with their "HALF-EMPTY" mentality and their MADDEN/Fantasy Football logic … HELLO! EARTH to VIRTUAL PEOPLE!!!

  3. I agree. Justin can and will do better. A city that knows the team had nothing on offense, is blaming a QB. Typical. That's why Bears are not winning franchise. I have watched every game for years. Team doesn't spend money unless its a free agent. When you shit on players, the word spreads.

  4. Listen to the man that was catching the passes from him. He isn't wrong. Justin is a qb1 and he has proven that over and over. Now it's on the staff to make that a nfl ready roster not a CFL roster

  5. naw trade him i don't want the NFL BATTLE TESTED QB THAT HAS ENDURED POOR COACHING SUB STANDARD TEAMMATES FOR 3 YEARS AND HAS REMAINED SOLID AND PROFESSIONAL DURING THIS PERIOD OF ADVERSITY! YEA TRADE HIM AND LET'S ROLL WITH THE FLASHY QB WHO HAS A HEISMAN AND DOMINATES ALL THE QB CAMPS BUT PANICKS AT THE SIGHT OF ANY NOTRE DAME DEFENSIVE PLAYER!! YEA I'MA BEARS FAN SINCE WE HAD THE GREAT BOB AVELINNI AS OUR QB1 SO YEA GO AHEAD TRADE JF1 AND DRAFT THE SHINY NEW GUY HOLDING HIS TROPHY BUT PANICKS AT THE SIGHT OF ANY NOTRE DAME DEFENSIVE PLAYER WE NEED THAT GUY, RYAN!!!

  6. Cool words. Absolute ZERO data numbers or tangible evidence to support that. It actually says he should be in the CFL

  7. I'm aJF1 guy .. but I'm not getting fired if the Bears suck next season I do not envy Poles with this decision. It is as close to can't win as I have ever seen. Trade Fields he becomes a star you lost your job… Draft Caleb he doesn't play well you lost your job

  8. "Whenever we can keep him in the pocket and allow him just to play quarterback and not allow him to run, we got a real, real good chance of winning the game." – Quay Walker

"We felt like if we could keep [Fields in the pocket], we could get our opportunity. And certainly that's what happened on the last play where Kareem intercepted it. We had him right where we wanted him. In the pocket." – Sean Payton

I'd listen to both more than Fields former teammates. Sean Paytons team beat the Bears and the Bears haven't beaten the Packers in half a decade, 8 years at Lambeau.

  9. I think he’s saying Justin makes/will make any team a winner and I agree, including the Bears. Despite the history of the Bears screwing up QBs, starting with Vince Evans and continuing.

  10. He is right about JF having “tunnel vision.” It’s “primary target or run.” And if it’s the 4th quarter, it’s “fumble or throw INT.”😂

  11. Career 60% comp % and 4th Quarter QB rating of like 42.2. That’s not “franchise QB” material. It’s #20-30 ranked NFL starter who needs everyone on O to be a pro bowler in order to be good (consistently), let alone GREAT. #ThanksButNoThanks

  12. It haven’t worked so far. I’d trade him to Minnesota 😂 we are not worried about the worst qb in the division doing anything to us.
