The great Kauto Star completes back-to-back victories in the 2007 Betfair Chase at Haydock, staying on well under Sam Thomas to hold off the valiant Exotic Dancer.

Having won the ‘Betfair Million’ the previous season, the star chaser was unable to repeat the feat for a second time as the Paul Nicholls-trained gelding was denied by his stablemate, Denman, in the final leg – the 2008 Cheltenham Gold Cup.
