Lostintranslation emerged as the new favourite for the 2020 Cheltenham Gold Cup after winning the Betfair Chase at Haydock under the ride of Robbie Power.
Colin Tizzard’s charge pulled clear in a battle to overcome defending champion Bristol De Mai by one-and-a-half lengths. Nigel Twiston Davies’ grey had been bidding to win the Grade One for the third successive year.
Frodon was a further 24 lengths behind Bristol De Mai with Ballyoptic in fourth.

What happened to this horse?
I wouldn't rule out Lostintranslation for the Gold cup , I've picked Delta work myself but I'd be concerned with this one as a danger
if Bristol had got a better jump at the last … he seemed to have finally filled out into that long, rather awkward frame?
Richard Johnson on Lostintranlation would win 2 gold cups. Robbie power partnership the horse wins..but could be better under a more suited pilot

Best race of the NH season so far. Looking forward to see Lost in translation in the King George, then the Cheltenham Gold cup.
Robbie Power is a great Jockey to watch proper horseman. Love lost in translation it's early days but I hope he can become a gd one. Love the owners and the story behind the horse.
