If anything I’d rather look at it as a mutually beneficial thing. The titans get to move on from the vrabel era, which while he was successful there, it ultimately led to nothing. And Vrabel gets to move on to a (hopefully) competent franchise and continue building his legacy. It’s not like it was done out of malicious intent, they just wanted a clean slate
