Brace yourself, the weather is about to change as it’s the last Golf Major of the year The Open Championship.
The Open is always played on a links course. I have covered this before but here is an overview of things that may influence your betting or Betfair trading on this significant sporting event this week.
Link do palpite
Thank you so much Peter. I’m very new to trading so these videos are extremely helpful. I know I’m a few years behind and you have probably answered this somewhere before, but have you got any advice for trading from Australia? As you would be aware our online “gambling” laws are ridiculous. I have been looking at football (soccer) LTDs predominantly. Is my only real option to call an operator for inplay trades?
Nice video
So you talk of 'trading' golf, but the things you're suggesting could equally be applied to straight betting, and finding value prices and just letting them ride. So how do you trade? Do you look at a hole, and a player starting the hole, work out he is going to hit a good tee shot, or may get a birdie or something so you back him then lay him at the end of the hole? I mean what is the procedure for backing and laying during a golf tournament? Do you just back a golfer you think will do well then lay him at some point? What point would you choose to take your profit? See I wouldn't know where to start.
Has the extended video about fitting strategies to a market been uploaded to the academy?
