It states in bet365 terms that "By accepting these Terms and Conditions and/or placing bets or wagers and/or making use (whether authorised or not) of the facilities offered by bet365 (whether through the Website or otherwise) and/or by using, visiting and/or accessing any part (including, but not limited to, sub-domains, source code and/or website APIs, whether visible or not) of the Website, you irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions."

   It states in their own terms that it is English and Welsh courts that will settle any dispute. What happened with this case in the end?

3. Do they own you a large amount of money? Btw, they forget reputation is worth a lot more, than a few K. I remember a time when BWIN was one of the largest bookies in the world.
