Let’s Workout Together !! This is a Deltoid at Home Workout that you can do whenever and wherever you like. No Gym only Wrist Weights and a bit of space!!
The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. There are some Rest Time in the middle but if you need more time do not hesitate to stop the video and catch your breath.
It would be great if you change your workouts so you can give your muscles enough time to recover.
