Seriously though so much Japanese food is a nightmare to most of us picky westerners. Like I imagine some Western family goes to Japan to visit and they find a restaurant that specialises in 'Hambagu' and the kids are like 'Cool, hamburgers, that sounds way better than thick soggy noodles, raw fish, seaweed, etc.' Only to then order a 'Hambaagu with Chiizu' and then then guy brings out a giant meatball of micemeat that is still pink and raw on the inside sitting in a thick sauce and then given raw stirred eggs as a condiment to big the raw mincemeat into….
Kids would just start flat out crying if they were presented with that then made to eat it. Christ I'm an adult I would too.

Looks tasty, but personally I would never eat broken down beef like a steak. Hamburger should be cooked to 160 degrees to the center because of contamination risks due to more exposed surface area.
