Had 150 on silvianaco conti, i go to this meeting every year. Cue card beats me in this race, i then back a big wager on vautour in the king george which cue card beats me by an inch or so. So i think i will definately back cue card for the gold cup…and he falls. This horse is a curse for me

Cue Card really was a class above with this win, was so good to see him take both this and the King George en-route to an unlucky fall when still full of running in the Gold Cup at Cheltenham. Can he win a third Betfair Chase this year? Find out in November!

Absolutely brilliant to see Cue Card back to his best. In this form he can really serve it up to Don Cossack & Vautour in the King George. What a race that will be!
Bottled it in the end and went for Cue Card each way in the end at 2s yesterday – too much speed for that tank of a stayer Silviniaco..! Great race though, top performance. Really enjoyed it.
