Are the maps used for specific modes? I can't seem to play regular TDM on a larger map with AI.
I launch the match and it just sits at an ariel shot of the map without allowing for spawn or selection.
I made a server.. 30 vs 30 tdm with vehicles.. Added bots… None of the bots leave spawn… Don't get me wrong.. It's fun using a chopper to kill all the bots in spawn but I want them to fight each other… And how the hell do I change tickets… I want longer games…

Yo, just guessing, PvP AI means how the AI would work in the competitive multiplayer. In other words, if a player drops mid-match, he will be replaced by AI. That's why you can't start with you alone and PvP AI.
PvE AI is its own thing and takes up its own slot, that's why you can run PvE, not PvP.
Why only 30 bots in each teams and not 64 …

I dont even care for the xp stuff. Lol I just like to see the complete chaos. Lol had some guy tell me off for being in xp lobby, I just straight up told him that I had fun killing bots in all out chaos. I'm not some sweaty try hard like the majority of people in this game as I have really bad shaky hands from a car accident and can't feel most my fingers. So this kind of stuff is fun for me as less serious and don't have to deal with toxic players. I wish I could play like before my accident though. Lol
So do you get xp for levels only?

One question, can you move the slider for human players so that all the human players are on one team? I see there is a lock for the AI so you can give one team more AI or leave the lock on so the teams get equal number of bots. Back in Battlefield 2, we used to play coop with the 6 of us and 4 bots against an enemy team of as many bots as we were allowed to run with. It was crazy but fun! Not sure if we would do similar now just because I would think (hope?) the AI bots are better now than back then. But even being able to give the bot team more soldiers than us as we got back into the game would be great.
Also, other question I just came up with, I see there is a BF 1942 mode? Does that mean we play with the old BF 1942 kits and maps but it is running on the BF 2042 engine? Because if so I love that!!!
Thanks bro! I couldn’t figure out how to make the AI work. Sucks that you can only have 30v30. But this has a lot of potential so let’s hope dice doesn’t f it up. 🤞
