Let’s Workout Together !! This is the EVERY MORNING MOBILITY ROUTINE that you can do whenever and wherever you like. You don’t need any equipment or weights or lots of space!!!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 45s for each exercise. If you need time to rest do not hesitate to stop the video and catch your breath.

It would be great if you change your workouts so you can give your muscles enough time to recover.
