Those arent cat's, theyre resonators. The s4/s5 uses one cat and its under the engine cover.
I ran an MBRP cat-back on a 2012 Challenger RT. At idle and part throttle it was not much louder than stock but the tone was way lower & deeper. It never barked loudly but its volume would definitely spike upwards under heavy throttle and higher RPMs. Liked it a lot. This S5 application seems very similar in the tone/volume profile. I wonder if this could be fit to a C7 A6.

Dynamic is great but it's not great on the Gas bill for everyday driving sport is a lot better but auto and traction off is the sweet spot for gas bill saving i find to be JMO sweet sound

This is not aggressive at all tbh
I have a 2019 S5, no exhaust mods and sounds no different to that….that is quiet, sounds nothing aggressive at all.
