1. The mobile shield does turn, you have to move to the opposite direction in which you want it to go, IE you have to be to its right and then reping the the left of it to get it to turn to the left, or in front of it to get it to turn around.

20. a couple things if you drop your knockdown sheild and pick it up it’s recharged. also you can change the direction you just have to redirect it while standing close to it and redirect it close to you just facing the way you wanna go

23. I like how the 2 counters of Newcastle (Fuse and Mad Maggie) are the two people that have been closest to Lifeline of late. Almost like they are protecting her viability.

27. There's actually a bigger synergy with Newcastle and Loba, essentially if a Newcastle uses ult to shield an ally Loba and she teleports he'll redirect himself and immediately fly to the location she teleported as long as he hasn't touched the ground. Only thing that's tricky is the timing

29. HOW THE SHIELD ACTUALLY TURNS::::

    It turns if you're looking at it. Look at the floor or to the side of it and it won't turn, look at the shield and it will turn to where you're facing. This works from every direction, and double tapping does nothing. Every other person that "knows how to turn it" is doing some variation of positioning themselves/their aim in such a way that they're looking at the shield.

31. Could Newcastle Ult to height, and then Path can attach a Zip to Newcastle’s wall to get your whole team up AND THEN break the part of the wall the Zip is attached too to break the Zip.

32. Won a match by putting down the walls while my caustic teammate dropped traps all around it. We had two enemy teams that just could not figure out how to get us.

34. Dazs, you had a gold helmet on, and the CD on the tactical is around 15 seconds! You can also change the direction that the cover will deploy mid-air by changing your direction!

I never knew his knock down shield is tied to his passive nor did I know I can lock-on to a friendly with his ult (it'll make it easier to reach teammates who have pushed too far and have gotten knocked)! Thanks for sharing all this info.! And his tact can certainly be destroyed lol I've had so many people laser down his shield. You would have thought there were no other enemies in the game lol Also, when I was playing with some club members yesterday, one of them was completely set on the idea that Bangalore is perfect for Newcastle. I think Bang is just good regardless tbh. But I did have a match with a Rampart and a Fuse, and I have to say that have a Rampart and Newcastle is very good for defense. The Fuse worked really well too because he highlighted two people behind a rock and I had already set up my ult some ways in front of him and could see the enemies highlighted. I pinged that I was pushing up and from which side and Fude chucked nades. I pushed from one side using my tactical while Rampart pushed from the other. This could just be situational though

37. The more you rez and cancel the rez, the faster your teammate's rez counter goes down so try not to spam it too much. You can kill your teammate that way

This vid is rlly meh for actual tips, for his tactical u can bubble fight with it just like gibby if u wanna be aggressive & a good way to counter an enemy using the tactical is shoot out the bottom part as it forces them to crouch to fire back while u can shoot them for "free", the tactical can also be placed onto the vehicles if u want a really aggressive push doh tbh the only real use of it is throwing it on ur feet for quick cover. The ulti on the other hand is really good for covering teammates who are out of position or out in the open & has a really quick recharge time, u can also lock-on to teammates while u are behind cover as well, however there is a VERY HUGE problem with the ult where if u land on an enemy's head ur shields DO NOT deploy at all & also its like a valk ult where during initiation u can be easily beamed down

43. You can use newcastle's ultimate to make a temporary zipline and break the wall when your enemies are above a bad spot.

46. New Castle is cool and all but us rampart mains are going to take over this season hehehe… also his shield tactical and ultimate has NO affect on Sheila lmao we just blast though those soooo fast and knock the other person behind it 😂

47. Fun fact you can block of doors with the ult, if you hover the ult over the door it will show it covering the whole doorway it'd helped a few times I needed to heal 😂
