If you look at any betting market it will contain information on what chance the market is giving each individual participant of winning the event.

Back in the early days the ‘book’ was slack and there was quite a bit of room for odds to move around. But now the market is very ‘tight’ and any movement in one direction will trigger a movement in the other direction.

In this video we look at the market, at book % and how odds moving in one direction can influence odds in the other direction.

We then look at a football match and use this characteristic to predict where the price of the draw will be given certain movements elsewhere.
