After many years in the market, I tend to trade each market on Betfair with the biggest stakes I can. When I teach I’ll drop down to smaller stakes, but also I do this to make sure I’m dispensing valid information to people who are likely to use smaller stakes and to make make sure I’m not talking rubbish!

It’s useful to test different aspects of the market. Some automated strategies would really well at small stakes but not so great when you increase them.
