That's absolutely insane.
Every time I get tempted to return to wow, I come back to watch this video, cause it was the last thing that killed the game for me.
I spent a good amount of time each month farming to get gold and pay for my sub and something extra. But it got harder ans harder. And the game had become shit at that point. So I did the logical thing and quitted the game.
Blizzard too busy harassing woman to fix the problem of illegal botting. Sad and evil
It's a shame, blizz used to have GM's that were adamant about punishing bots and exploiters, even going as far as publicly humiliating exploiters, but now it's like there's no GM's at all.
the botter caught on with all tweets! this makes me mad, eventhough I quit the game 2 years ago.
I advise you all to do the same, if you ever want to see change.

Last time people massively reported bots about 2 years back the fuckers at Blizzard took the easy route by punishing EVERYONE by nerfing the amount of raw gold you get from doing legacy dungeons and raids, and yet here we still are with bots showing up in massive amounts.

I quit playing games a decade ago because of all the cheating and the refusal of the idiots to accept cheating was rampant and the obvious BS going on. WOW has allowed cheating for ever. It totally ruined the game for me. I haven't played it since.
Plot twist, the bots are actually made by blizzard to inflate the economy to make WoW tokens cost more gold.

I played probably 20 hours of wow when the classic was re-released. It was my first time playing the game, but I stopped and promised to get back to it. After watching this video, I'm glad I didn't pay for more than one month.

As a long time SWTOR player, I am very shocked by this shit. Of course, every MMO has bots, SWTOR is not exception. But a few things. One, I have never seen them this fucking out of control in SWTOR. Two, when you report a ticket, Bioware actually gives a shit, bet it a bot, a cheater, or a bug. They certainly wouldn't change someone's instance to hide their laziness. Jesus.
This was at a time when I was still playing WoW… it's so weird I never actually saw shit like this… I never even knew the problem was this big. I mean I had no doubt bots were a thing… but this… holy shit! I mean sure… I was on an Oceanic server, but surely those are every bit as susceptible to bot invasions as any North American or Euro server.

Unbelievable that players need to do blizzard's job, while monthly paying a quarter of a full AAA game. What service did we actually pay for? Blizzard keep the bots in the game intentionally, because they sub!

at this point i'm convinced there are only 2 types of people who play wow,
1: the ultra casual who none of this stuff affects, who just logs in does his daily routine and logs out.
and 2: the ultra hardcore, who are so invested in the game that the sunk cost fallacy kicks in so hard for them they've convinced them selves that everything is ok and nothing is wrong.

GM's be taking that gold cash under the table. this is straight up the craziest shit i've ever seen in a game….the worst possible mismanagement imaginable. Easy to figure out.. Blizzard is the ones running most of the bots to drive up all the prices so more people spend money to buy gold to buy things the adverage players need to progress.
