I will show you how to get into PS4 safe mode and use the options available there to get your PS4 fixed and up and running again. i just unplugged my ps4 and plugged it back in and it worked

the insert usb storage device with installation data..
I fixed that one just pulling out my Hard drive and putting it back in and unplugging the console then plugging it in.
Will it delete all my saved data will I be able to get it back?
There is no place to even get to my hard drive and nothing else works guess mine is fubar.
