The Cheltenham Festival 2022 is set up to be a cracking festival of horse racing.
All the top horses from the 2021/2022 jumps racing season will be there and it looks like the weather will be great and we will have a capacity crowd across all the dates!
From a Betfair trading viewpoint, the Cheltenham Festival is one of my favourite weeks of the year and, excluding exceptional, it’s one of my most profitable weeks.
I’ve never had a losing week at Cheltenham and I’ve often been able to Betfair trade the entire card of 28 races without a loss.

Is there a key statistic you use for horse racing similar to how you would use expected goals for football?

People will always think favs at the big meetings have a better chance of winning than at bog standard meetings. Even money shots at Cheltenham win / lose at the same rate as favs at Kelso.
Hi Pete – Would you consider doing TeamViewer one to one consultancies for a fee? Just with initial setup, settings, views and ladders etc? Just to start from a good base setup.
Obviously it's better betting on the smaller meetings during Cheltenham week
Thanks Peter, I look forward to next week. I'm currently half way through the horse trading course, on the Bet Angel Academy. Yesterday I managed to trade for a few hours and not lose a trade, it was amazing. Had another crack at it today and I was terrible, as I got overconfident and ignored framing my trades and thought I could jump in and out like I knew what I was doing. Fingers crossed I have a better day tomorrow.
