Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Central and Southern Luzon.

Forecast Weather Conditions

Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon / Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Condition

Light to moderate winds blowing from the Southwest to Southeast will prevail over the western section of Luzon and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate / (1.2 to 2.5 meters).

Light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Southeast will prevail over the rest of Luzon and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate / (0.6 to 2.5 meters).

Light to moderate winds blowing from the Southwest to West will prevail over Visayas and Mindanao and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate / (0.6 to 2.1 meters).
