Wow, that looks like an easy fix and not costing too much. Have 2009 Accord, just dropped it off at mechanic. (Was able to drive there using back roads at 35 mph max.) Most noticeable lag is acceleration from a stop (feels like driving with emergency brake on). Shared this video with him, so maybe can cut down on a lot of troubleshooting time. Thanks

Sir, I have a toyota corolla 1994 model gli,, the problem of my car runs rich in gas than the normal it's used to.. I replaced all the possible causes,, iacv, tps, fuel pressure regulator, injector, only the map sensor is left not replace yet… Hoping that you'll give me the right solution..
The correct process would be to read the car code for why the light was on. It probably would say throttle body control error. Then the process you did by checking fuse and relay would help before changing the throttle body. The 2000 rpm max is probably a limp mode to allow you to get to help instead of being stuck on the side of the road.
