Why do my options disappear from my ally invest account on expiration Friday? I can understand seeing OTM options disappearing, but not ITM options that will be assigned. It frees up the money on PUTs and allows selling of shares. The software shouldn't allow money used to cover puts or shares covering calls to be used until after settlement. Is this a software bug?
