Mr Brian C Nelson is the best recommending him to all beginners who wants to recover losses like i did.
I dont have the software or brass to sit at my screen doing this and besides you get good the bookies will stop you, take a bigger cut whatever. I don't think i use exchanges hardly at all now – will have to when all my bookies sportsbooks are shut down or gubbed but till then punt for fun since I cam'r back to betting after a catestropic loss wheile depressed and went all in every bankroll on a terrible odds on punt!

I would add though that sometimes you see this kind of thing at under 5 minutes, but its due to X Matching on the exchange, sometimes it happens at about the same time for each meeting. Are aware or have you done any videos on the subject of exchange cross matching ?
can u do a video on the decline of liquidity over the years so people dont try to quit their jobs to do it full time when veterans with 19 years experience are making 18%-21% compared to 4 years ago

Low stress trading! That is the metric for success not profit, especially when you starting out.
This is off subject but is still worth pointing out. I noticed this sometime ago. Hugh Taylor has got 2 tips today and yet again they’re the last 2 race’s of the day. Most of his tips are the last race or at least in the last few races. They’re must be a reason for this. It’s not every single day but it is most days. I for one, is having a massive stewards. I can only be for as many mug punters as poss to spunk their dough. Because most of Old Hugh’s tips are losers.

How do you know when the price has hit the bottom and about to bounce?
Ah, not so fond memories. I started laying a selection like this, except it kept on getting shorter so I laid it some more. Rinse and repeat till I was about £2k in the hole and the bastard won! Took me a month to build up that £2k and it was gone in two minutes.
