12. @mindingthedata Could you use your expertise and outline the odds of success for a strategy where: You always stop at 1.2x and after 5 winning games at once, you only use the winning money to continue. Example – $100 bet stops at 1.2X. Now you have $20 positive. Keep doing $100 at 1.2X until your $20 turns into $100. Now withdraw the original $100 and continue doing this.

    Theory – 5% of the time you will lose the $100. That's 5 games out of 100. That's 1 game every 20 games. You only need 5 games to double. So every 20 games you will win $380 and lose $100.

    I know I'm wrong here, I just want to know why.

    By the way I took it just a step further and added a condition to find the max losing streak in order for the Martingale to kill our bankroll. What I found is that under 2x the streak is 16, which means that starting with a $10.000 bankroll betting $.10 each time, you couldn't bear the next double down so it's a loss!
    So in order to bet again we might need a bigger bankroll exceeding 10k, of which the website doesn't allow to bet above the max limit.

29. This is simply a hash commitment by the Casino and this is not a pre-image problem.

    Before all of the games start, the casino chooses a seed and hashes it i.e. 2 Million times.
    The first game starts with the seed H^2000000(seed).
    When the game 1999999 starts they say that, look we are not using a random seeded game, we are on our commitment. Check this by hashing this game hash and seeing that the result is the previous game's hash…

    Therefore, they may convince some gamblers but not the real cryptographers since the initial seed selection is not based on true randomness under a Notary.
    In other words: Even if the 'get_result' function would in theory result in a positive or at least 50/50 expected value, they could still simply search for a seed that always favors their side.
