  2. You should definitely start weighing bananas because I find that most bananas I eat will be more like 130 calories and the 100 calorie ones are the very small ones. Great video btw.

  8. Do refeeds work? I'm eating 3000 a day but I get scared when my weight skyrockets by like 3 pounds a day after a pizza dispite it fitting my 3k if I go 3500 one day then 2500 the next does it = out for weight or do I store more fat doing that
