Let’s Workout Together !! This is the FULL UPPER BODY HIGH LEVEL that you can do whenever and wherever you like. You don’t need any equipment or weights or lots of space!!!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise with 15s rest between them. There are some longer Rest Time in the middle but if you need more time do not hesitate to stop the video and catch your breath.

It would be great if you change your workouts so you can give your muscles enough time to recover.
