Grey Horse Bot – How to bet on horses automatically – Manual mode
Hello and welcome to the next installment of the Grey Horse Bot instructional video series
In this video I will show you how to set up the Grey Horse Bot to place bets automatically on named horses using the manual mode features.
Manual select mode allows you to access the event card through betfair and make specific selections within the market and then instruct the bot to place bets for you automatically on those selections.
The markets will appear in red, this is because when using manual mode you will need to select your runners yourself, so double click on the race you want to select your runners from and you will be presented with the race card screen
This screen displays a snapshot of the race card data and is used to control which runners you wish to bet on, as you can see our Start betting TTS is carried over from our global options that we st earlier, but you can change anything here and override the global settings if you wish
clicking the blue question mark will take you to a page that give in depth info about each option here
So lets select our horse
S selects your specific runner for that race with your back or lay settings
As you can see this highlights the horse and shows us the global settings that are ready to be applied.
Once you have done this hit ok and your race will appear in black in the bot, this is to indicate that a selection has been identified for a possible bet based on your trigger settings.
Now click start and the bot will warn you that you’re are about to go live trading or paper trading if that is what you have chosen
The bot will then start counting down to the race start, now all we have to do is wait for our bet to be picked up.
As you can see at 60 secs before the race the bot goes into monitoring, done and there you go.. a bet has been placed on Viscount vert for 10 pence at 5.10
