Is A+ setup kinda personal secret sauce that a common man is not supposed to know, or the A+ setups have been discussed here and they are some well known bullish pattern combinations – like bullish flag etc ? Can you give an example of an A+ setup or its a secret sauce ..

Subscribed! Listening to his journey is giving me more confidence to keep going. I'm stuck in the break even phase or boom / bust phase like he mentioned. Letting winners run is tough, frequently I had gotten out too early and come back to take a look to find that the trade would've gone +4R
Good to hear from others perspectives. The trading journey is very unique to each person. His was very typical but with keen personal observations and interventions on his part. Kudos to him. But the journey doesn't end there. Believe me it does continue.
The markets are highly complex and difficult. It changes and fluctuates at different times of the day, different days of the week, and different times of each season, as well as system algorithmic changes every few months. This is why most traders strategies don't last very long. As a former EE for 20 years, I've studied and analyzed the markets (stocks, fx, futures) for the past 7 years using my technical engineering skills and processes. And have created my own quant algo system that implements my discoveries. So I say all of this with surety and confidence. In order to be successful and consistent in any market you MUST have a superior edge. There's really no two ways about it. Good and fruitful journey to all.

I never traded any issue which did not trade an average daily volume of at least 1 million shares per day. I also never established any position without first seeing a very large individual block or series of large blocks traded which I presumed was an insider. I focused on the tick data. Try reading Stock Market Tradecraft (Google it) for a detailed explanation. It's well worth the time and effort.

i like the 3 bullets – keeps you sharp aswell, when you long your add is probably a good area to move your stoploss to and your takeprofit is probably another area where you might consider shorting or exiting or keep an eye if the market might move against you

Coz mostly my trades are short well in paper trading and i have like 1-1.5% daily profit overall and my account is $10k you think it will be profitable if i started using real account. Coz as of now my paper trade or virtual trade is gaining and my avg win is 1-1.5%
So you think it's enough that i can be profitable or all the fees etc will eat my gains

@Alex, enjoyed the interview you did with your wife. Just curious , how long did it take you to get consistent ? I can’t seem to stop averaging down on losers and having huge red days. Did you face that problem? If yes, how did you overcome it ?
Great interview – keep them coming! I love to hear different trader views and especially when they all have their big losses yet never gave up and eventually become successful. I’m at the loss stage right now 😢 but it’s okay I’m going to keep trying. It’s hard to see 10 to 15k less in your account from where u started. I’ll admit I’m a bag holder and not actually taking losses. I of course have doge and AMC and still believe they will eventually go back up which are my biggest losses so far.

It comes down to this, the 90% add to losers and hold them, and they love partial targets and limiting their gains by getting out and walking away. They also obsess over risk reward which is total BS. It’s probability that matters. Winners add to winning trades. Losers don’t. This guy has the right idea so hope he makes it a few years.
