9. And there customer service is terrible. I've bee. Betting on pool this weekend and it has taken them between 8 – 12 hour's to settle them. Even AFTER I gave them all the required sites to find the official results. I contacted them an astonishing 6 times via there pathetic chat system on Friday to chase settlement.

   I only placed 2 bets on this sport on Friday. One for a £1 stake which took them 4 hours to settle and another bet with £10 stake.

   Both matches finished q hour apart but it took them a further 7 hour's to settle the bet for £10.

   Totally unacceptable in my opinion.

28. My account with Bet 365 had restrictions placed on it, even though I was a losing punter. I'd like to think she gives to charity out of altruism, but the truth is it's probably to assuage her guilt at being part of such a loathsome and ruinous "business".

29. Have you got the figures for previous years on what Bet365 spent on Advertising? Then compare that to what she took as a wage that year. You may see a correlation in there somewhere. Maybe 2 to 1, spend £400m to earn £200m.
