On Oct 28, 2021, Nykaa launched went IPO and became a star in the Indian stock market. This was because it was the only ecommerce company to be profitable during that time!! and as soon it got listed, its shares peaked to touch 2574 Rs!!! But in the next few quarters something crazy happened, Nykaa’s profits fell by 96% and stock price started falling!! From its issue price of ₹1,125, Nykaa shares reached a peak of 2574 last year before falling back to 1131Rs. and its just Nykaa but even PAYTM and Zomato which have seen a steep fall in their stock price where by their stocks fell by 77.5% and 46% while making this episode!!! But this is when Nykaa came up with Genius strategy where by they gave out bonus shares of 5:1 to all its investors!!!and this resulted into such a chaos in the market, that While one side they called it a masterstroke and called Falguni maam a genius, on the other side, they called this a corporate governance night mare!!   2. Very educating, I love watching your videos 👍.With the current problem around the world today I think it's best everyone invest more in digital asset than Saving in banks, anyone you can manage don't live a life with no investment . Just my thoughts

Why is the media talking about nyyka when amazon did the same thing, i had 1 share of amaxon and now i have 20 shares, same with google, i had one share of google and now o own 20, 2 shares of tesla nad now 6… what nykka did is very common… the only thing to look for is whether their quarterly reports are attaining their projected sales and revenue 🤷🏻‍♀️

  8. This is not bonus strategy, it’s basically more shares of the company are up for grabs, which means more investment opportunities for investors, existing investors will have their shares diluted, which means per value of share is low now

Scam company, sold me a dunhill icon perfume worth 7000 for 5000 rs and would burnt my skin and lasts seconds, it was my 4th bottle so I knew what an original product actually is, they fool customers by displaying fake scanned authentication certificates to sell their products like L’oreal professional Majirel hair color and inoa hair color too which are meant to be sold only @ salons. When spoke to the customer support about the fake perfume the lady said “sorry sir but we have a no return policy” I told her take it back and return my money of I’ll get to the store @ Viviana thane mall and knock your sales guys head with this bottle. That’s when she agreed and had it returned and refunded my money. I am writing this review to save lacks of people from faking into a scam company like this that think we Indians are fools. They take good advantage of the fact that people find it convenient to have the product delivered to our door. I misjudged this company as a good reliable brand but it’s a bunch of cheaters and fraudsters.

  27. U make money by selling products/services – if the products are stuck in stores and warehouses, then your business is not right well
    Stocks are just an add on and for brokers and short time investors!!!
    But the problem is everyone wants money in short time and companies get bloated with debt due this kind of debt in the market!!!
