In this episode we show you how to throw a cast net without using your teeth or going over your shoulder. It is a simple and effective way to open up the net and catch live bait. This works great for nets from 4 feet to 8 feet.

Thank you. With your instructions even though they are not perfect since i had to observe for details but nevertheless my first throw with your instructions + observation was a perfect full open 8ft round throw and second throw got a fish 100 out off 100!!
