A pretty good day trading the evening markets again, I got on some good moves and the bot did pretty well after I finished playing with the pre race horse racing.

I am quite enjoying doing my daily videos and what is even better is that I am not spending the whole afternoon in front of the screen I am just dipping in and out where I see fit.

Profit wise I am doing pretty well, I am not doing as well as I was when I was trading solely in play but my stress levels are down and and although my liabilities have been high I have been in complete control.
