Are you looking for a tip for building level 10 housing blocks in Lethis: Path of Progress? Look no further. The “Lethis 11” housing block allows you to easily setup a great number of housing plots and, when fed the proper resources, allow them all to grow up to level 10.
This Video will show you how to build them and how to replicate the design sid-by-side if you need to scale up to more people for your city.
Also: In the video I mis-spoke, the block does not contain more than 2000 people. When everything is level 10, the 44 plots will house 1760 people. Still not a trivial amount and becomes crazy if you have more than one district at level 10.

how about rich houses?
are the 2×2 decorations in the middle line really necessary ? i tried 2 lines of houses with nothing between them there and did not see any downside to it.
Very useful, I had something similar but with only a 1×1 in the center rather than a 2×2. I didn't know I could fit all the service buildings on the end. Handy.
