Also upgrade the actual resource points, if you do they turn blue on the minimap and have villagers working in them, that way you will avoid negative income and its debuffs
THE WAREHOUSES HAVE ARCHERS, THE MORE VILLAGERS FROM RESOURCE POINTS RETREAT INTO THEM THE MORE DAMAGE THEY DO! THE HEALTH BAR GOES FROM A COPPER OUTLINE TO A GOLD ONE AS THE WAREHOUSE GETS FILLED WITH VILLAGERS, ALSO YOU SEEM TO FORGET TO REINFORCE SQUADS, MKAY¿

Those archery towers did a lot of damage. And that retreat order really should be cancellable.
