5. Good video. It's important to emphasize the torqueing. But no mention of gaping the plugs which is recommended.

   Unfortunately, a friend of mine couldn't replace most of the plugs because they were either seized or he didn't want to risk stripping the plug. He ended up going to the dealer and paid $100 for the labour. But for anyone else you have to buy all the hardware like the torque wrench and other accessories.

   There's a lot that can go wrong here if you're not careful. I guess this is why the dealer charges so much to do this. I'm not sure if I'd go to Midas type garage since they love to cut corners.

9. Excellent, excellent video. I need to replace the spark plugs on my 2010 Mazda 3 and this video gave me confidence in doing it myself.

   One question. I’ve seen other videos were people gapped the new spark plugs before installing them. I remember back in the day when that was necessary, but I didn’t know people still do that. Is gapping the spark plugs necessary?

12. I never changed a spark plug before, I didn't even know exactly where they were in my engine, but did all four very easily today thanks to your guide. The owner's manual may possibly explain where to find them, but if it does the information is buried.

13. One pointer to add … if you have compressed air, blow the dust & debris from the cavity where the plugs are located after removing coils while plugs are still in place to minimize the debris and dust from entering the cylinder while removing and installing plugs.

19. You know what's funny I know how to change out spark plugs but I got a defective one so I freaked out a little bit and this video was helpful to remind me I didn't do anything wrong, thanks again!

20. When working on anything mechanical, bette to never……. FORCE anything. If there is resistance, there IS a reason why.

21. rule do thumb : I always '' COPPER SLIP '' anything that has a thread. Easy removal.
