Bill Duker is obviously very successful at making money and is smart as they come when it comes to business. However, he comes across as lonely and trying to fill a hole. I suspect a lot of champagne friends but very few real. He has very little charisma and probably too many 'Yes Men' — Plus he look painfully shy and insecure.
