1. Will just have to wait and see if indeed they have had succession plans. But yes, I think they are weaker as well.

2. Mercedes has lost a lot of good people, yes. But I believe their rock solid team culture and the amount of competence Toto has will keep Mercedes among the top teams for years to come. That’s my opinion anyway.

4. I think the cars will be a lot more competitive this year either way.

   Mercedes says they had a good car last year but it just didn’t work because of the bouncing (which they didn’t fix even though they said so, they just made it marginally better.)

   If the Mercedes isn’t really good it will still be Russel and Hamilton fighting this year…

   The interesting fights will definitely be: Alonso v Stroll😂, Leclerc v Verstappen as well as their co drivers battling.
   By far my biggest hope/wish is Mick and Riccardo getting into a fight in practice with their new cars🦀

5. You asked us what we think, I think you are biased and haven’t got a clue.

6. Mercedes has been losing grip since the end of 2020, not only team wise. A good indication was their engineers leaving, Bottas not extending his contract and now Vowles leaving as well. They have lost a few in some critical positions. Not saying they will definitely loose their title chances for next year, but it's also not helping.

7. 2023 will be crucial in that respect, Mercedes is going through a transition, similar to what Ferrari did in 2006-07

8. I think you just hate Mercedes and love drinking that red bull
