1. Typical Mets. The Angels had just hit Alonso in the head with an 88 mph pitch. Next half inning Ohtani comes to the plate, and they just wave him down to 1B for a free pass. Perfect opportunity for the Mets to protect their players and teach other teams who headhunt their stars what they're going to get back, but of course the Mets just bent over for it.
