I had the worst experience with their "support" team. Very responsive but absolutely incompetent. Do not get their version of jigsaw if you want to use it with a tradovate/cqg account. Another weird thing is jigsaw support won't help you if you're a ticktick trader customer, and the ticktick support definitely won't be able to help you, so you're out of luck.
