The life of a Trader is now much, much EASIER! *All figures in this video assume the player has purchased the Outlaw Pass, which rewards a 25% Role XP Boost. The Outlaw Pass is one of the few battle passes in gaming that ISN’T a complete ripoff. In fact, it makes the game MUCH better overall and provides you with some great payouts that come fairly easily. I highly recommend buying it. Red Dead Redemption 2 Online – Trader Role SIMPLE Guide! How Reach Max Trader Rank Quickly! (Frontier Pursuits New Content Update)
The new Red Dead Online Frontier Pursuits Content Update has arrived, and three unique roles are now available for everyone to explore and play through. Today, we’ll take a look at the Trader role. At its core, the trader role involves you hunting an animal, bringing the carcass back to camp, Cripps breaking down the carcass into materials, and then you selling those materials by delivering them to a spot on the map. In the end, you’ll gain money, xp and role xp for your troubles. Today we’ll take a look at how the entire role works, the best area on the map to hunt and gather materials, and finally reach the max rank as quickly as possible.

As a hunter IRL I hate it when people say deer when referring to female deer rather than doe.
I found putting my camp in Gaptooth Ridge to be the best spot. There’s rarely players there so you’ll never have to deal with griefers, and the resupply missions and local delivery routes are extremely short and easy, it usually takes 1-2 minutes per run

Another tip I just learned: If you manage to kill two deer near the same spot, put one deer on your horse then ride to the other deer. Then lasso that second dead deer and drag them to the camp. That way you don't need to make 2 trips.
Also no, it doesn't damage the carcass if you drag it. Or it hasnt done that for me yet.

As a trader in rdr2 put your camp near Saint Dennis and hunt alligators they spawn a lot of 3 stars and the legendary gator spawns in the bottom left and iv gotten it three times in just a few days
