  1. Finally better safety measures and working conditions. And our living conditions will be better in the future.

  2. What Tesla should do is volunteer a group of Optimus robots to keep the local area clean. Deploy them each with a cart to push around and pick up trash. Escorted at first of course. Imagine the impact of people seeing Optimus out walking around town cleaning up after lazy humans, and the city would be visibly, tangibly cleaner. And no piece of litter would be inaccessible to Optimus, they would see it and be able to pick it up. There is not media of any kind that would not be showing that video or discussing it.

  3. Thanks, although I have watched the day to day operations of SpaceX I haven't really paid any attention to the Tesla bot thinking that since it has taken Boston Dynamics the last 20 to 30 years to accomplish what they have as one of the front runners in cool robot tech, I didn't think that in a couple of years would make much of a difference in capabilities. I'm not sure why I decided to watch this video to start with, but I'm completely convinced that what Scott said is that these robots will completely evolutionize manufacturing. I just turned 63 and all I want is to see is Elon/SpaceX land on Mars. Even better if a hundred robots land on Mars to set up camp. Even if they crash they can search the crash site and salvage themselves for spare parts. Now I'm thinking these robots could easily clear and prep land for Tesla Bot mega factory since like Scott said the bots won't need bathrooms, breakrooms, parking lots, cafeterias, HR reps, they could probably make cold calls and drive to potential clients take meetings and sell themselves and if the client doesn't pay they can break legs also.

  4. Also for the Camera they need to have them read heat. Because of those videos of Tesla running over those plastic dolls. If the Camera reads heat they would stop when it reads that.

  5. Where is Uncle Elon keeping his 500 to 1000 robots during g the day in order to hide them from humanity for the time being? Is this why he terminates so many of his employee's contracts??

  6. So, how long will a charge last? I am reminded of my car factory years in Michigan 50+ years ago. Every two hours, you got a 12 minute break (Yay unions) from a guy who went from job to job. I can imagine a Tesla bot going around and giving bots a chance to recharge while it temporarily took over.

  7. I highly doubt the human form is the pinnacle of efficiency but these engineers imaginations are severely limited by the inefficiencies of the human brain.

  8. The most badass technology, and they use it for maximizing profit and maintaining slaves (Via using stock manipulation and monopolization of the government.) No wonder AI overcoming mankind is such a scare….

  9. I built load cells for the displacement measurements of fuel in tanks of c-130 aircraft for the air force in the 1980's.All that consisted of each load cell was a special alloy block that varied electrical output as stress and weight was places on it,and a 3 wire cable soldered to tabs on each block load cell with an epoxied strain relief.Imagine now with the advent of micro circuits how these robots have tactal sensing of gripping and carrying various weighted objects.

  10. Actually all these robots doing these jobs is deflationary. Having people work and wanting more wages, health care , social security, vacation, time off and other benefits is inflationary.

  11. It's easy to be confident that Tesla is not using Tesla bots with it's home-grown computer vision tech to build cars… the way you can tell is that the Telsa factories are not on fire.

  12. I like how Boston Dynamics isn’t even tangentially mentioned when in reality it is vastly farther along than just about any other robotics company. Full stop.

  13. Tesla bot is comparable to a high school project or 1990' movies mechatronics. Good chance that all promo videos were faked as with FSD

  14. You kidding me ?
Are you telling me you can't see what's real or not real ?
Just look closely in those videos.
Each movement and backdrop blending are real CGI.
Have you watch the movie "Ironman" before ?
You must be another joker of some kind.

  15. The workers displaced by robots should receive a lifetime income from the robots production

  16. Yes people need jobs to make money, also I can imagine many people, jobless, down on life, turning to drug addiction and homelessness

  17. While watching your video, you said Elon would never sale their robot. I had the thought of Elon building a Temporary employee service. Instead of paying people salaries, employers would pay Elon for his robots. Employers would switch to Elon’s robots even if he charged them minimum wage.

  18. Lets hope they figure out how to make them so when they walk they dont look like they need to poop. Also, do not give them cloud server access or use WiFi.

  19. Wait so Elon warns everyone of AI taking over humanity, but then is first to have a humanoid building another humanoid?
