  1. Except Christian McCaffrey who is one of the most injured running backs the United Nations general and don’t say he’s a great Wr

  2. Ask Miami if running backs matter. Ask Sam Fran is running backs matter. Mcaffery got hurt and their whole offense sputtered.

  3. Running backs. There’s a lot of good backs. Very few great ones. Taylor is good, not great. This is the problem with backs. They seem to be interchangeable. A good rookie can be as good as Taylor for a lot less. That, and the propensity for injury makes paying good backs difficult to justify.

  4. It’s amazing how people would barely make 6 figures come in and becomes liaison for millionaires 😂😂😂 these players just run the ball catch the ball and throw… what about the doctor who did your grandma triple bypass surgery your garbage man who never skips a day picking up your trash… where are the people lobbying for everyday people like your kids teachers. Sports is fake and people spend so much real energy on shit that doesn’t matter

  5. Finally hopefully he's not the last 1 to get some money. 1 3yrs for backs are the worst. All the fame & injury risks without the big check

  6. The RB position has become underrated. Examples: Christian McCaffrey and the 49rs running game is the core of their offense. The Vikings without Dalvin Cook do not get any break away runs and get a lot of dropped passes. I think what has changed is the position of running back. You need to have a guy that can run when there is no space, who doesn’t need the Old I formation to be able to get momentum and see his holes, he has to block, get open and catch the ball.
Guys like Barry Sanders, Walter Payton and OJ (sorry, just talking about football skills) would be great in todays game.

  7. I dont think any rb should get a deal over 3 years. Also, jonathan taylor better step it up the next few weeks because he hasnt done shit since he was the rushing leader

  8. Nah for one his numbers aren't even there to be getting paid that 2 there are better running backs, colts are dumb af for this

  9. Millions guaranteed to play a game sounds pretty sweet to me now if they only knew how to manage their money haha at least 70% go bankrupt after 10 years of being retired

  10. Send him to a team that loves to run the football, for example the ravens. They got a good o line and they love to run the football. So its a perfect fit.

  11. Not paid enough need more. The nfl get over on players all the time. If your young and watching this look into baseball or soccer they get paid the real money

  12. This didn't start happening until after the Barry Sanders/Emmitt Smith Era. Before then RBs were HIGHLY targeted and locked down by teams. This was also the Era where elite RBs lasted 8-10 years as the PRIMARY ball carrier before teams started having two RBs split duty. Gone are the days of DURABLE RBs Ala Sanders, Smith, Allen, Craig, Tomlinson, Payton, Martin, Thomas, Allstot, etc. All these RBs were year round RBs, then came the two back system diminishing the role of the RB.
