On the other hand, while you may see your day job as preventing you to become successful in Forex trading, that day job might be the most important thing to build up your trading capital.

Your voice volume is so low compared to the background noise. A little improvement on that, please.
The music is way to loud in relation to the talking – busted eardrums with headphones!
The real testing is actually trading your plan and sticking with it, creating small adjustments based on regular reviews. Back testing is a great tool if you need to get started on a new strategy. Other than that, I'd prefer just trading it in the markets. That's where the real test is in the end.
Talking about time and wasting time. I am personally struggling to figure out if my current strategy is something I should be spending more time/if it's worth it to spend more time on it.
