All three of these trades only make sense from the nets perspective. The hornets donāt want Ben they have lamelo they donāt need another max contract pg. also wouldnāt that fuck up their designated rookie extension for lamelo when the time comes. Then the Cavs are in the Same boat, they have garland and Rubio, a pg that canāt score wouldnāt help them at all. Then the jazz ārebuildingā around a 26 year old Ben Simmons has to be the dumbest idea Iāve seen in a minute

If I'm the Nets, I just wait a year. We know Ben Simmons is great when he has shooters to work with, so him Kyrie and KD should do well together, and the Nets know regained a lot of their depth in this offseason. They should be championship contenders, and if they miss the conference finals, then I'd say break it up
